An aesthetically intimate kite like cabana hinting at fashionable design innovations, Elysium boasts soaring vaulted ceilings and full-height glass facades offering scenic views of the lush green surroundings.

A light steel structure covered with tarpaulin fabric that can be customized into an insulated double-layered tent brings out the unique kite like cozy outlook of this cabana.

A stunning plunge pool inviting you to unwind in the pristine waters and two outer decks, Elysium offers a spot to enjoy the luscious scenic views as sip a warm cuppa from both sides of the cabana. With a pantry, a contemporary-style bathroom, and a closet catering to your needs, this site-built cabana is designed to transport you to your dreamy escape.

Material Specification

Foundation structure Will be designed by a qualified structural engineer. Foundation type varies depending on site conditions.

SuperstructureCompleted by de-mountable galvanized iron box sections with heavy-duty nuts and bolts. The report of the superstructure will be prepared by a qualified engineer with a warranty.

Roof and CeilingTwo layers of high-density yarn 1300D/1500D to be used with PVDF and Acrylic coating on both sides to ensure easy cleaning and durability. And Thermal insulation will be provided between the two tents.

FloorAn underlayer made of demountable non-organic floor boards manufactured by autoclave technology, completed with a layer of Vinyl flooring paneling finish.

Bathroom and FittingsThe underlayer is made of demountable non-organic wall boards manufactured through autoclave technology, and completed with a finishing layer of Ceramic or Porcelain tiles. All surfaces will be waterproof and laid with Ceramic or Porcelain tiles up to ceiling level. Bathrooms include all fittings, a water closet, a wash basin, and four-piece accessories. European standard faucets with Grohe or equivalent fittings and accessories will be used.

WallsAn underlayer of demountable non-organic wall boards manufactured through autoclave technology, finished with Vinyl wall panels with thermal insulation.

Doors and Windows Powder-coated Aluminium with tempered glass. Ironmongery of high-quality European standards.

Stormwater drainage Zinc-Alum gutter and downpipes fixed to the roof, including manholes, gully, etc. connected to the main drain (by others).

Water supply UPVC cold water pipe network. Hot water in bathrooms and pantry via Independent 15 ltr Geysers. All water supply pipework shall be in PVC type 1000 to SLS 147:1993 and PVC fittings to SLS 659:1993. All above-ground soil & waste pipe work in PVC (T 600) to BS 4514 and BS 5255. All underground drainage pipe work by others.

Electrical works All electric installations will be done as per the latest standards of IEC 60364 or higher. (Need to confirm by a qualified electrical engineer)

Mechanical works All HVAC installation will be done as per the latest standards of ASHRAE 55, 62.1, 90.1. (Need to confirm by a qualified electrical engineer)
